Late fees apply after the 10th day, with a $40 charge and an additional $10 per day until payment is received. Where do I park?

Convenient parking for all members, absolutely free! Our building offers ample parking located directly behind it, and it's available to all our members at no extra cost. What is the shortest term leasing available for Private Office Suites?

To ensure optimal usage and management of our rental units, we have set the minimum lease term to three months. We believe that this duration provides our tenants with sufficient time to settle into their new home and make the necessary arrangements for their stay. Additionally, this minimum lease term enables us to maintain a stable and predictable occupancy rate, which is beneficial for both our tenants and our business

What extra fee's are there?

The administrative fee varies depending on the type of membership you have selected. This fee serves to cover the expenses associated with providing you with a key fob and compensating the on-site receptionist. Please note that this administrative fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.

Can I decorate my office?

Make your office truly your own with the freedom to decorate as you please! We believe that a personal and comfortable workspace contributes to overall productivity and happiness. Please note that while you are free to add your own touches, we do have a few restrictions, such as no mini fridges. How will I receive packages?

Each private office suite also has a locking door, ensuring that your workspace remains private and secure. Will my visitors be able to access the building?

To maintain a high level of security for our tenants and their belongings, visitors are required to obtain a one-time passcode from the tenant or administrative assistant to gain access to the building. This passcode will be valid for one visit only. Upon arrival, visitors will be asked to check-in and check-out using our visitor log system, and will receive a day pass for the duration of their visit. This policy ensures that our building is safe and secure for all tenants and visitors.
